HLBR – Hogwash Light BR
A free software IPS (Intrusion Prevention System). This has been developed by me, Eriberto, and a bunch of other people. Its main characteristics are that it works like a network bridge, thus needs no IP address and it’s virtually invisible to the network. Currently it works just like an ordinary regular expression signature-detection IPS, but our aim is to extend it beyond, giving it capabilities such as a score-based system to flag suspicious traffic and protocol-conformance checker.

Just for fun
Below are some other small projects made just for the fun of it.
- Plonq – a small game for Palms written in Lua. Inspired in the game Qonk.
- Rogue’m Up – Text mode shooter made in C that shows some C programming techniques in an instructive way.
